Printer Question

Can anyone reccommend a good printer for my computer at home? I want to be able to print pictures and do all of this fun wedding stuff myself. I also want to be able to print on vellum.

My family has gone through a bunch of printers and we've felt that the Canon S600 (there may be an updated but similar model out now) is the best one. It is very quite, quick, and doesn't eat up the ink too quickly. Plus, when it runs out of ink, the replacement cartridges are inexpensive. Also, the color ink is in three separate cartridges, so when one color runs out you just replace the one, not an entire single color cartridge. We've had some HPs that have been good too. I have an Epson 777 now and it's ok. It goes through ink a bit too quickly and the ink is expensive. Plus it has to go through a cleaning cycle every time it goes to print (part of what eats up all the ink). Hope it helps!
