printing address labels on a MAC...HELPPP!

ladies....sometime I am just so computer dumb..ha

I am trying to print address labels for my save the dates (that I have had sitting in my room for about a month...I know...slacker!)

I already have the addresses in an excel spreadsheet by name, address, city, state, zip now how do I get it to the label!...all of them at once..instead of retyping them...ahhh

Use word for the labels...

Tools > Mail Merge > in the mail merge window that opens you will see 'create new' click labels

Select your label size

You will see the mail merge window pop up there...go to get list > open data source...select your excel document here

Then you can insert the different columns here:
First Name Last Name
Address

etc...

HTH!

I couldn't figure it out either, I ended up downloading a widget that prints addresses but it's annoying to do. I only had 40 so I had to copy and paste the addresses into the widget and I printed it from there..
