Does anyone know of a more efficient way to print addresses on envelopes? I'm using Word and it lets me do it 1 at a time, but each time i have to edit the custom envelop size, font, font size, and placement of address....anyone figure out how to do it easier??? thanks in advance

Re: Printing Envelope Invites
if you have all of your address in an excel document you can run a mail merge and it will lay out all the envelopes for you based on the options you set - that way you dont have to do it one by one. if you read the word help file it should give you step by step instructions.

I was so frustrated because nothing was working for me that I actually fed each one individually and reset the settings. Sorry I can't help make it easier for you

Excel would be your best bet-- but if that's too much-- open a new file & lay everything out- then as you print them hit save as & save as the name- then type right over your first one, print & save as again. It will go pretty quickly that way- my computer at home didn't have excel when I printed my eparty invites & that's how I did it!

I did it through the mail merge function in word. It lets you pull in a list from excel (or you can type your own list).

Re: Printing Envelope Invites
i made my list in access then copied it into excel. when i try to open the file it only permits the access files, not excel. i guess ill hand feed them for now - the more i do, the quicker it goes. the only thing that s ucks is that my heart is beating a million beats per minute b/c this is now becoming reality...ohhh boy!
