Is there availble to reasonably priced printing software to print calligraphy ( or as close as you can get to calligraphy) on envelopes.
I do not want to spend the $ to have someone write everyone envelope- any ideas?
Thank you

Re: Printing Invitation Envelopes
all you need is word and excel and a font that you like. Enter your wedding list in column in excel such as: couple's name (column 1), street address (column 2), city (column 3), etc. In word do a data/mail merge with that list (seek instructions on here when doing a search), print away!

Re: Printing Invitation Envelopes
you can manually feed each envelope into your printer and just use MS Word. If you are looking for different types of calligraphy-esque font, I suggest that you google for websites that offer free font downloads! HTH!

i don't know if THIS is good or not but .. it's free
I just read about Inkspun.com - I am going to try out this service for the pringing of outer/inner envelopes. Plus, much cheaper than other websites. The process looks so easy and that is what I need right about now in this planning process

Re: Printing Invitation Envelopes
I just sent out my invites...I used microsoft word. There is a mail merge field under tools/mailings. You list all of your guests info title, names addresses city, state and zip. You then select the recipients first....here you should be careful...everyone won't use the same fields...ie single guests wont be Mr. & Mrs. If someone has an apt # they will be different again.
I used clear lables and printed them out for the inner envelopes...although you could print them out on the same program only using the name ie Mary & John Brown. I used a font on the word program called elegance. I have been getting so many compliments and it was free..just some time, and patience.
Do whatever works for you....
