Hi Girls...I purchased samples from cardsandpockets.com and I've tried to print on the metallic cardstock but the ink doesn't dry properly and the letters keep smearing. Is there a special setting that I need to print it on?
i think it depends on your printer. some inkjets will smudge. I have a canon pixma printer which is an inkjet & it doesnt smudge, laser printers probably wont smudge at all. Try adjusting the settings if it allows to glossy card stock....my laser printer has this setting.
You have to use a laser printer. I printed on Stardream paper (which is metallic) for my menus, placecards and programs and used laser, dries right away and no smearing.
Thanks! I think I already tried the glossy photopaper setting and it still didn't work. Do you know if staples would be able to print them?

Thanks! I'll try and see if any of my friends have a laser printer 1st before I check with Staples then.
