Printing outer envelopes...

OK...I have read a lot of the posts about printing your own envelopes and i still am confused about one thing...I am unable to have the text centered instead of left justified. I understand how to center it on the envelope itself, but I haven't been able to get the address lines centered. Is there anyone who has done their own and could help me? I hope this makes sense. I have been trying to eyeball it but it still comes out wacky. Thanks...

Are you using a template the size of the envelope? Then you should be able to center it

Also what I did when making my E-party envelopes, was cut out a few pieces of paper the same size as the envelope and do my tests on those...

I assume you are using word, so when you go to print the evenlope that box comes up that shows you the mailing address and return address, there is a button called options click on that and the you change the alinement. We did this, our envelopes were letter size and from the top we used 1.8 and if there was an apartment number we used 1.5 and from the left we used 3.4. The only thing is you have to adjust it for each envelope and do alot of practice ones and if you are unsure of how it will come out use a plain white envelope if you can. HOpe this helps

I'm using word and the envleope size is C5

I am not sure about Word..maybe you should try to measure the envelope and then change the margins so it is the size you need, then it will center on its own..always use testers
