what questions do we have to ask? like what kind of things do we have to make sure that we have included?

Check their refund/cancellation policy 1st, especially if you are having a winter wedding and there may be a chance of heavy snow.
Extras may include Gratuity, Tax (on food only, not services like DJ, emcee, etc.), Linen sevice, chair covers, special liquor requests, valet parking, special 'diets' menus (for veges & diabetics, Kosher, etc.), serviceware and glassware. Most reception halls include these things, but they are allowed to charge extra (especially linens and chair covers).
