OK so I get the occasional breakout on face...lately more than I would like.
Also have some issues with back-ne so must handle that before big day as I am planning on a strapless dress.
Any thoughts? Who has used it? Results? how long...etc Any good products for backne (occasional chest acne too...damn these D boobs )

Re: Proactiv?
My MOH uses it and it totally works. She's been home from Ireland since May and already she is clear skinned!!!

Re: Proactiv?
Love it!! I use it when I start breaking out - like during this time of the year cause of the heat and stuff.....Definitely try it!

My friend uses this stuff religiously and it has worked wonders for her skin! Within 2 weeks you could see a MAJOR difference

Thanks for the updates guys. For those who have used it/know of those who have..any tips on applying to back/chest? Do not want to ruin clothes..
Also do you know if they went and bought trial first or with Full size right away

Be careful though -- it works for my sister, but it was way too harsh for me.

Re: Proactiv?
I used to use it. Used it for like 7 years. However I felt like it was slowly starting to not work for me anymore and I switched to something different. However, up until last year it worked well for me (I didn't have severe acne, just occasional breakouts).

Re: Proactiv?
It depends on your skin type ... i used it and it was horrible! It totally made me breakout more ... if you dont have severe acne I would go with like an organic brand ... I used the Ance kit from Bosica (that is a great kit) and now I use Ole Henriksen.

If its for back acne, you should try Peter Thomas Roth's pumice back scrub

Re: Proactiv?
I used it a while ago and it did not work at all for me, it made my skin worse actually.....BUT I have very sensitive skin. Everyone's skin is different...
I've heard cetaphyl (spelling?) is supposed to be really good. But again, everyone's skin will have different reactions.

I had the same problem.. It was very harsh for my skin! However, they suckered me into buying their sensitive skin formula and while I don't always use it like I should, it definitely does help my skin when I DO use it!

Re: Proactiv?
I have used Proactive and I think it's great for a little while but can be harsh for the face. I started using Clinique and have better results with that. But I know people that swear by Proactive so give it a whirl.
