I want to start using Proactiv but a few people have told me that it's not safe this close to the wedding b/c sometimes it can break you out more. I've been getting zits from stress and want to get rid of them before the wedding (10/7). Any advice???? BTW...I'm normally not the type to break out too much, a few here and there is a lot for me. THANKS!!!
Ok...SOOO if i couldn't be a spokes model for Proactive I soooo would. I never had terrible breakouts but i always had 1 or 2. Proactive has helped soooo much! I feel much more controlled over my skin (which is EXTREMLY important on your wedding day)!!!!! Some people break out more in the beginning as with any antibiotic or acne medicine....however i just experienced dryness. I'm not sure how your skin adjusts to new things but I feel as if i didn't see results for at least 2 months using it consistently. Def try it but im not sure this close to the wedding!!!
When I started Proactiv I did not break out more, and I saw results pretty quick. Start it now. I also found that using mint clay masks 1x per week helped also.
