Prob a stupid ?

My e-ring is wayy to big.

I lost weight and now I'm almost 3 ring sizes smaller..

I've had a ring guard on it forever and just keep adjusing it to make it smaller but it's to the point where it's starting to slide.

They will literally have to cut my ring 1/3. Do you think I'm better off just getting a new setting in a smaller size?

I've never had to do this and worry it will ruin the appearance. Also, since there are so many small diamonds on it, that they will fall out because the ring has been messed up.

I would say to go speak with a jeweler for all the possible options. Are there diamonds all the way around? If not I dont see why they couldnt make the ring smaller if there is just metal in the back. Otherwise maybe a new setting like you said. Or maybe a jeweler woul dhave another option!

CONGRATS on the weight loss! Dont get stressed you set a goal and achieved it! If it still fit you would still have the weight that you lost :)
