How do you go about ordering flower centerpieces when you don't know how many people/tables you will actually have the day of? Did you just estimate and then add or remove after you get all your responses back?
When I went to the florist I estimated. They said I could add or take away if I needed. I was guessing I would have about 200 people with 10-12 at each table.
we are getting ice sculptures on each table ... but just have them price per table ...

I guestimated. I am only having about 85 ppl, so I thought 8-10 would be enough.
My florist guesstimated for us and gave us the exact price for each centerpiece. We have to give her a head count 2 weeks before the wedding so she can order flowers and then she will add or subtract centerpiece prices from my contract.
great question I was wondering the same thing too, just start looking at florists.
a few places that i looked at knew the fox hollow and asked how many people we were inviting. So they guesstimated for us.. but also gave us the price per centerpiece to add or subtract later.
my florist asked how many people we guaranteed and then took it from there. we estimated right now at 10 centerpieces. it necessary after we get our responses back, we can add if we need.
i called the RH and spoke with BM about it. We decidied I would most likely have 15 tables...
