Problem with Lillettes....

Dont get me wrong love the service and the prices were great but I just thought I should let you know check your receipts and sizes.
I have 6 girls in my bridal party...all left the same deposit and all have a different balance on their receipts. Also my cousin who has measurements that are 2 1/2 inches off of my sisters measurements both were ordered the same size dress as well as another bm who is slightly overweight compared to the two others. Im sure it will all be rectified once I bring all the receipts in and show them because the girls there are fantastic. Just hoping that there isnt a problem when the gowns come in as far as sizing goes. Just thought I'd share so you can be aware to have everyone check their receipts.

I've never had a problem with dealing with Lillette's and I am sure things will be taken care of if there's an issue- they have always done their best for the bridal party and their brides.

Hmm, I haven't had an issue with them either. But, I do know that if the dresses are larger than a size 16 (i think), they have to pay an extra 20 and then if larger than a size 20 (it's an extra 40)...so maybe that's the difference?

No, all the costs of the gowns were the same and all the girls put the same deposit down but they each went in at different times so I think it's just a matter of whoever wrote up there bills wasnt very good in math. Im sure once I bring it to their attention it will be taken care of, I just thought other brides or bm might want to take a peek at their receipts just in case. I know I would've never thought to look had it not have been that I had to pick up my cousins receipt when my sister was measured and left her deposit. My sister and my cousins receipts were the first two that I looked at. Then when I mentioned it to the other girls they looked and realized the same.

Actually if it's I think over a size 20 dress/gown there's a 10% more charge on that gown/dress. I know it because I ordered my wedding gown from Lillette's and I was trying to get them to order me a size 20 (I'm a street size 22/24) but I said forget it knowing that I may not lose the weight in time.. even if I had ordered a size 22 it would have been that 10% to the cost.
