Problem with the Title

Theres a problem with the title of my soon to be house. The sellers had a temp mother daughter on the hosue bc the grandmother lived with them and they had an appartment. The town says that they still have the mother daughter permit on it. THe thing is...there is only one kitchen. They took out the second kitchen. I hope this doesnt take forever to fix. They have to get the town to come in!!!
