I love the trans siberian orchesta (christmas canon), so i wanted the WP to walk down to that ( we are going to cut out the words). Then what should i walk to? The same thing? I also like canon in D? SHould we walk to the same song or can i change songs? If anyone knows those two songs-Do they flow? Thanks for any help

I'd speak with the musical director at your church--when I spoke with mine, he reminded me that our aisle is very short--so a song like Canon in D doesn't really work for part of the processional because its just too long. I'm still working out the details, but we'll probably use Trumpet Voluntary in there somewhere because its relatively short, but it can also be cut off easily without sounding weird.
