Productive weekend
Although I wanted to have a more productive weekend for wedding things, I am happy to say that we FINALLY found a dress for my grandma!! Done! Check off the list!
*although I do need to take her for alterations, but at least we got her a dress*
Also, I went to a whole bunch of furniture stores to mentally pick out furniture for OUR NEW APARTMENT!!! You may remember that I had posted that we had applied for an apartment - well, we got it! Our lease will start on 9/1 so I spent part of the weekend looking to see what would work well for us and which stores have what, etc. etc. We're hoping to order furniture this week! Wish us luck!
And just for my personal sanity, I just updated my main to do list so that I can keep track of the million things I still need to do.

August - Finalize music

August/September - BUY FURNITURE FOR OUR NEW APARTMENT!!! ALSO PAINTING ETC. -Painting's DONE, most furniture ordered, need to do 100 more thing!![]()

September - Finalize music with church organist
September - Print and assemble programs
September - 2nd dress fitting-9/8/07
September - FG custom dress to be finished by seamstress and alterations for mom, grandma-9/8/07
September - Buy FH's wedding gift (already picked out)
September - Dance lessons
September - Final meeting with photog - must take pics etc -9/18/07
September - Bachelorette Party in Vegas! 9/20-23/07
September - Order groom's cake for RD (w/ picture or monogram?)
September - Put together edible favors
October - Final Payments to all vendors
October - Final headcount to RH
October - Drop off all RH items
DIY's
- Petal Cones - Designed; must print, cut, and assemble
- Menus - Designed; must have them printed and trimmed
- Favor Tags - printed & trimmed; need to be applied to boxes
- Favors - boxes ordered and received, need to cut ribbons and glue to boxes
- Water Bottles - labels designed and printed; need to apply to bottles -MOH volunteered!
- Table Numbers - finalized and printed; need to decide on layout
- Place Cards - moo cards ordered and received; need to make tent cards and names and assemble
- Unity Candle - DONE
- Memorial Candle - designed, need to print and apply
- Photo Guest Book -purchased Book, must design pages and cut all paper etc
- Emergency Kit -(DOC does this)
- Day Of Timelines for programs and BP - designed, must print
- Tip Envelopes - DONE
- RD Invites
- Children Activity Books for reception (add crayons) - designed, must print etc.
- Something old (jewelry), new (haircomb), borrowed (?), blue (dress tag)

- Bathroom Basket - have basket and some supplies, must put together and decorate
