Besides having my amazing shower, yesterday my mom and I went to Barron's and got my tiara and veil!!! I don't know the guys name but he was SOOO awesome to work with. i admit i was being picky (i couldnt make up my mind) and he was sooo patient with me. he actually understood what i was trying to say and he is ordering me a veil to match it. ill post pics of the tiara when i get home, im picking up the veil next month.
***Not to mention I ran into Helenz in tri county. She's just as pretty as her pictures.
AND!!! FH and I finally booked our rehearsal dinner!!! We're having it at BK Sweeneys in Bethpage. No one could beat their prices and the room is just too cute. it reminded me of the look at Westbury Manor.
Yeeeaaaa! Congrats on the shower and getting alot done! I was at Barron's yesterday and got my FG's wreath for her hair! I was there around 11:30 I was too busy being indecisive to really check out other brides But I think I saw someone trying on veils on the other end...
OMG I missed Helen?! I can't believe I missed the both of you!!! Oh well I was in a huge rush to get to my sister's to start on all the crazy DIY we did!

Congrats on your shower. I had a productive weekend too. My invitations came in, finished my registry and got my shower outfit all I need is shoes.
Got the skirt yesterday I am going to wear it with either a chocolate brown sweater tank or burnt orange.
I can't believe that I didn't see this post earlier!! Congrats on your shower! And your tiara and veil! Love the pics of the tiara! It will look gorgeous on you! The man at Barron's is so patient! Where are the shower pics?!! And congrats on booking Sweeney's!! We booked our RD too!! Yay!!

I just came across this post now! I'm such an LIW slacker lately! Dee, you are way too kind!!! I walked away thinking, gee I look like a hot mess every time I'm in Tri-County and that's when I seem to run into my fellow LIW chicas!!! you looked beautiful too!!!! you definitely still had the 'after shower' glow since yours was the day before!! The tiara is beautiful!! congrats on getting so much done!!
ETA- I can't believe I missed Tara!! that's so funny you're never on LI and I missed you by one hour!! I'll be back at Tri-County next Friday picking up my veil....I'll be on the lookout for any LIWer's!

OK ladies the weekend is here. What did you knock off the list during the week and what is on the list of things to do this weekend?
This week I picked up tiara, got supplies and put together 1/2 my CH Centerpieces. Started Precana.
Don't know what I am doing this weekend because I have parties to go to.
