There are soooo many things you can do from home for extra $$. Have a yard sale, rip and re-design old shirts and sell them on eBay (DIY on vintage concert tees are HUGE).

I started my own crafts business on the side - creating anything from gift baskets to all occassion wreaths. I help others in creating scrap books, personalized inviations, favors for any kind of occasion. You can also make your own chocolates (choc. covered pretzles, etc.) to put into the baskets.

These are just some ideas - but if you start it up and put out cards at your yard sale (along with a couple of projects you've already made), you can start making some quick $$.

Of course there's always the car wash, babysitting services and lemonade stand ideas - but these days people like to go with something a bit more creative.

Why not do something wedding-related? Are you crafty?

As we all know, brides are willing to shell out big bucks to make their special day... special.!

If you can find a way to cash in on this you'll be a gagillionaire!

Pampered Chef- but you would have to venture to other peoples homes for parties. Or, sell Avon. All you really have to do for that is give out books.

It's not really work from home, but I'm a realtor and I pretty much work when I want to/have to. I go to the office if I absolutely have to but usually I make my calls from home and show houses when needed.

I got into real estate right after we got engaged because I knew we wanted to have kids and I wanted a career where my hours were MY hours. If I wanted to go to my kids school play or soccer game, I didn't want to have to ask for permission or get docked pay. I love it and if you dedicate yourself to it you can make alot of money.

Graduating this coming December. It will be easier to set up my own hours. Especially since we starting the 'baby thing' right away.
