Hi! I am not sure if you are doing a church ceremony, but I have a good simple template for a non-religious ceremony at the RH. It's 4 5/8' X 11' and 2-sided so you can get 150 programs from a pack of 50-sheet 11x17 paper. If you didn't get the paper yet, paperandmore.com has great prices and custom cuts it for you...then you just print & glue. :)

I just made an 8 1/2 x 11 folded paper program that I printed on colored resume paper (it's both sides). I have the template from word if you want it.
It has our names on the front and the location. On the inside left is the poem my brother red. Inside right is the names of the wedding party and officiant. Back has the memorial section and at the bottom thanks our guests for coming. Very simple.

I have a template for an 8 page booklet style....it easily can be amended to a 4 page booklet style, but we had a lot of stuff to go in ours. If you want I can send it to you, let me know!
