Program Help!

Program Help!

We mailed 189 invitations.

Our RSVP Count right now is:
Yes: 211
No: 33
Awaiting: 136

Today is the RSVP date.

We have a large gap between our 1PM ceremony and 6:30PM cocktail hour, so I'm assuming plenty of guests won't be coming to the ceremony.

Is it crazy to only order 110 ceremony programs? I figure our families will keep about 5 of them, so it would leave 105 to be distributed at the church. I don't want to get stuck with 50 leftover programs.

Anyone have any opinions?

I would say order 130. Which leaves 125 for the church. Based on your numbers already and the amount of RSVPs you're still waiting for... I'd say order the extra 20 just in case.

We are expecting 225 at reception. Our church is at 3, reception at 7. It is a friday night. We got 75 because we figure most people take one per couple and I know they will only end up in garbage. I think you'd be fine with 100

One of my friends just got married and made programs for every person in attendance (about 125) - she ended up taking almost 80 of them home with her because people didn't take them/took them and put them back down after the ceremony/couples took just one each. I think 100-105 is absolutely fine.

I made 125 for the church (the number of people attending the wedding) and I definitely had over half left over.

I would suggest having extra, you don't know who might just come to the ceremony that you know too.
I can only have 100 at our reception including us, but told my friends from my current and last job that if they are in the area they are welcome to come to the service, we'd love to see them.
I hope this helps.

Most likely you only need for 1/2 the guests. Typically is one per couple.
