Program Question

Does anyone know where I can get the card stock for the fan programs? And not the ones you fan yourself with.....I mean the ones that are like 4 peices and tied together at the bottom with pretty ribbon. I've looked, but so far I've just been able to find regular card stock and not the correct size one.

Also, the holes you punch on the bottoms of the card to run the ribbon thru, are you supposed to somehow reinforce that?

TIA!
