I am going to have three hours between the ceremony and reception and my parent's are being gracious enough to open their house for refreshments for out of town people who don't have hotel rooms. i wanted to add that in the program somehow so people are aware of the fact. How do I word this?

i'll work on the wording... but one question first... do you want it on the programs where EVERYONE will read it?
do you want those who live in the area to come? or will they feel bad if they are left out?

I would assume that people live close by will want to go to their own house, but I probably shouldn't assume that!! I would want everyone to be able to read it and not leave anyone out.
