I am not having a church weding - we will be outside. The service follows somewhat of a traditional Christian Format.
Do you prefer to have all the different parts of the cermony spelled out in the program (Welcome, Declaration of Intent, Scripture Reading, etc...) so you can follow along, or just a basic list who is in the Bridal Party, special thanks, etc...?
I ask becasue while I want people to be involved in the ceremony, but I also think sometimes a program has people looking down at a piece of paper more than up at the action.
What do you think? Any and all opinions welcome.

Re: Program Question/Poll
I like a detailed program so I can figure out what's going on and what's coming next. And if some people aren't of the same religion it may help explain what is happening.

Re: Program Question/Poll
It's nice to have a program, something to follow along with and kinda serves as a favor for the ceremony. People won't really be looking down too long, maybe just kids who get bored. It gives your guests an idea of what to expect and something to read before the procession begins.
