our ceremony is at the rh and the ch is right after. we're expecting around 200 ppl -- how many programs should i print?
i'd say 100 - about one per couple.
I'm printing 1 per person, but that's me. I don't like to share the program with FH at a wedding!
At the last wedding i was at it was 1 program per chair at the RH. But it was only like 110 people...
i did 1 per couple and then a few extras
i got married at the hall and had 140 ppl, but i really dont think they all showed up for the ceremony. some arrived during the cocktail hour. but i made up 130 programs and the hall put 1 on every other chair, so i had a bunch leftover.
