Program Stuff...Help!!!

Hi Ladies
Sorry I haven't been on in a while or posted much..but with 2 months to go and starting a new job...I've been kinda crazy! Anyway...I need your help with some stuff for my programs...what did you all put on the 'Thank You' page and if you did a memorial page..did you put a pic and the name or just name and a poem? Can you guys fm me some ideas...and what you wrote..like to family and friends and your parents...I am at a loss for words! Thanks Thanks Thanks!!!!
