Programs
I just wanted to let you know about this great website where I ordered my programs. I got the address from Nicole ( I think! :)) I ordered the programs on Saturday morning and received them yesterday in the mail!! Talk about wonderful service. They have so many different designs that you can choose from. They were 7.95 for 100. If anyone if looking for programs...check them out!! And thanks again to Nicole for the info!! http://truevinebooks.com/

Programs - question for Lisa
I looked up the website. Did you just get the program covers OR they printed up the inside text as well? If you did in fact have the text printed up, did that cost extra? Thanks in advance for your help...

Truevine - Definitely the way to go!!
I had posted a couple weeks back about the price difference I had found between Celebrations Galore and True Vine Books. For the same programs, Celebrations Galore wanted $16.95 per pack of 100, plus $6.25 shipping. True Vine, for the same exact programs, charges $7.95 per pack of 100, plus $5.75 shipping. I ordered my programs last week, on Friday I believe, and they were here Monday!! The people who work there are super, super nice. The programs are the standard single fold, 8 1/2x11, blank on the inside. Some designs are wrap-around, meaning the front and back carry the design, but I don`t know if they cost more. I believe they also have tri-fold programs too. Like Lisa Rose, I highly recommend this company!! www.truevinebooks.com

Will use the computer, with this basic order for format (Long)
I haven`t worked on setting it up yet, but I will use Microsoft Word, and just set up 3 pages to the size of the program page. The backs of the programs are also plain, and can be printed on, so we will most likely have some text flow over to the back .. maybe for special thank yous, or an 'In Memory' section. Our church gave us a sample program to use as a guide for the layout of the text, but since we`re planning to include our readings, we will have to make some modifications. Basically the information will go in this order: THE MARRIAGE SERVICE of BRIDE and GROOM on Date at Time at Church Town, State Presiding Minister Asst. Minister THE WEDDING PARTY Matron of Honor Best Man Flowergirl Ringbearer Bridesmaid Groomsman Lectors Mother of Bride Father of Bride Mother of Groom Father of Groom Grandmother of Bride Grandfather of Bride Grandmother of Groom Grandfather of Groom Soloist Organist Sexton ORDER OF SERVICE Bride and Groom have incorporated their own creative expression into the Marriage Service of the Church. They invite and encourage you to participate in this joyful act of worship and consecration to the God who loves us and favors us with His Presence. Pre-Wedding Music Processional Greeting Prayer of the Day First Reading Second Reading Message Hymn Vows Exchange of Rings Announcement (formerly called Pronouncement) Blessings The Candle Ceremony Prayers The Lord`s Prayer Benediction Recessional The Bride and Groom request that no flash pictures be taken during the service. Flash pictures, however, may be taken during the Processional and the Recessional.
