Do we really need them??? I'm seriously considering not even having a program made for the ceremony. Is that a huge deal?

Re: Programs???
I don't think they're necessary, especially if you're getting married at your RH...but I think it's a nice touch. If you're really stressed, don't worry about it...it's definitely not the most important thing to worry about!!!

Re: Programs???
Not necessary at all. I made my own, spent a lot of time on them and had my sis and cousin help tie ribbons on each one... only to have the church forget to put them out. THey had promised at the rehearsal the night before that someone would put them in a basket at the back of the aisle. Well, they didn't. And you know what? Not ONE person asked about them, wondered where they were... nothing! What a waste of time! So... I wouldn't worry about it unless it's something you really want to do.

I wouldn't stress out about them. I did them because it was August so I made them into fans. I knew they would get thrown away so I didn't spend a ton of time or money on them and they came out cute. It was one of those DIY's that I decided if I get to it, I get to it. I was going to do table numbers and I didn't get to it and I'm glad because the hall had very nice table numbers in frames and they looked great on the table.

Re: Programs???
thanks for your opinions on this. I really have been kinda stressed about it. I'm not happy with the woman in my church who would NORMALLY be putting them together, so I'd have to do it thru somewhere else if i want then done right. And that just started getting me all crazy, so I'd rather just cut it out and not give them another thought.

Ugh, I totally don't want to do these, but my MOH swears she will do them for me, so if she doesn't, we wont have them. I kind of like them in a way because it gives people something to read while waiting. HA HA!

I'm having them done but I don't think it's absolutely necessary.

Re: Programs???
I made mine. We had an indian wedding so the programs were really for those unfamiliar with those traditions and could follow along.
I made on on my home computer and then went to Kinkos to have them copied and folded. Pics in my album,
