Programs - Interfaith Weddings

I am Jewish and FH is Catholic. We are getting married by a Judge and going to incorporate some of the traditions from both religions.

What parts of both ceremonies are you incorporating?? Maybe we can help you put something together since no one has one made already...get ready to blaze a path mara LOL

That is the thing I have to figure out what parts of the catholic ceremony I am going to do. I think we are going to do a reading from the catholic ceremony and the unity candle and then also break the glass from the jewish side.

I'm just starting my planning... First looking for a place now, but we are Interfaith too and I would like to include some parts; however, I have no idea what (except the breaking of the glass, which I learned isn't 100% just a Jewish tradition)

I would love to see what you come up with also! My FH and I are in a similar bind. However, it isn't even us really wants the religion. If it was up to us, we would have a friend's mom who is ordained (non-denominal) perform our ceremony. FH is having a hard time coming up with parts from a Catholic ceremony.
