programs / petal cones

how many did you make for your ceremony?
how many people were @ your wedding reception vs. the church?

i am expecting aroudn 250 ppl @ my wedding reception - not sure about the church - but i am getting married on a saturday.....how many programs and petal cones should i make?

HELP!

I made 95-100 programs (had 7 left over), and about 50 petal cones.

I had about 85-90 guests at the Church and 110 people invited to the wedding.

I would do 150-175 of each to be safe.

I had 200ppl at my wedding and I did 125 programs & they were all gone!

my tri-fold programs came 40 per pack.. i bought two. I used christine's template and it worked great.... After printing and having some mistakes i ended up with 70ish programs...

I didn't do the petal cones...but i would think 30 would be good...


edited to say that maybe i am really off from what everyone else did!!

Do more if your family is the type that will go to the Church. Do an average of what is suggested if your family is in btw. and Do less if your fam. will prob not show at the wedding ceremony!

thats just it - i am not sure how many will actually come to church because its on a saturday and they can.

Then do 150-175 programs (any left over can be saved with wedding momentos)

As for petal conees - do about 100 - guests can always grab a handful of petals and throw them at you as you come out as Mr. and Mrs.
