For those of you who did/are doing a video montage of photos of you and your hubby, where did you get projector & screen? Our caterer doesn't have one, and suggested we check with photographer or DJ. We're not having a DJ and I doubt our band has something like this. For those of you who borrowed one from a vendor, did they charge you? If so, how much? Otherwise, what are my other options?

I am checking with them now but I have a feeling they are going to try to charge me for it. Since the video will only be like 5 minutes long I don't think it's worth it to pay to rent, so just wondering if other people are doing this and whether they are paying to rent equipment? Thanks!!!

you should be able to go through a DJ for JUST the plasma's/screen.

You may want to check with your photographer. Any wedding I have been to and for my own the DJ is providing it. The only time Ive been to a wedding with a band they didnt do a montage.

Grrr... photographer said they don't loan equipment for this purpose, and referred us to our DJ, which we don't have. Oh well, back to square one!

Maybe just ask the band and see if they could recommend anything.
Or contact a DJ and see if you can get just this done and not a whole package.

your band should be able to point you in the right direction of someone who has plasma screens...
