Proline-Deal or No deal?

Proline-Deal or No deal?

Hey all,

I'm fairly new to this site, and certainly new to these posts. I was wondering if I could get some help in figuring out whether what Proline offered was a good deal or not pricewise and packagewise. I am also wondering whether I should check out any others. (Already saw sherwood and deja vu). Thanks for any help you can offer!

We booked with Proline and met with Duet, Patken, Amanda Picone and J Mitchell Photography and we felt that Proline was a little more expensive than Duet, but had a lot to offer in the package. FM me if you would like more info.

Edited to say welcome and congrats!!

I booked with Proline and I love them. I actually didn't meet with any other photogs, because the owner of Proline is a family friend. But from what I've seen, their packages are definitely comparable and you get a lot for the money.

can you suggest a good photog if I go with proline? also, i really love the photojournalism aspect but I really didn't see much of that when I went. any thoughts on that? and thank you for responding so quickly.

I'm using either Anthony or John as my photog. Ed (the owner) told me they are his two best photogs, but he wouldn't put just one on my contract in case one gets sick or something.

As for photojournalism, most of their packages come with two photogs, and one is a photojournalist. I believe his name is Damien, but I'm not positive. Photojournalism is relatively new for Proline, and it's something they're recently increasing business with.

I can't wait. About 5 or 6 years ago, my florist's (personal friend) brother got married there. Everything was great. And my florist was the best man, so he knows the space really well.

Also, FIL's went to a wedding there a few years ago and loved it. I've heard nothing but raves about it.
