And I was told they would be ready and she would call us 2 weeks after the date

I wouldn't be concerned, but annoyed. My proofs aren't ready yet either and I'm getting antsy.

ETA: But we were told 4-6 weeks and this Friday will make 4. You bet I'll be calling them to check the status on Friday!

The lady we would have to deal with is ughhh.., so I would rather hold off as long as a I can before we call her...

we were told our proofs would be ready in 2 weeks and they took longer, I waited until the third week and then contacted them.
