Proposal

I have mine on video . It was x-mas eve and my cousin dresses up as Santa and gives the little kids a few presents and all of a sudden Santa called my name and made me sit on his lap and I opened a precious moments figurine of a boy proposing to a girl and there was a dog next to them and the ring was on his nose. No one knew he was doing it except my stepdad so everyone started freakin out. It is actually pretty funny when you watch the video. Thank you aunt Jacki for filming your son and keeping the camera rolling for me.

SO this is sort of a sore subject with me b/c someone did take a picture of it happening. But when she came up to us and told us that she did we completely blew her off and didnt realize that we should have given her our address to mail it to us!

So now for the rest of my life it will bug the crap out of me knowing that there is a picture out there and I dont have it!

Mine is on Video, He set up the Camcorder on a tripod in the limo!!!!!

Its so awesome that we get to show everyone!!!!

mine isnt - i dont even have pictures from that night! we stink!

BUT my brother was the best. His FW was going home to visit her mom in Ohio - he said he was going to work but he FLEW THERE FIRST! he set up her childhood bedroom with millions of flowers and balloons and set up a tripod with the camcorder.

When she got home she walked into her bedroom and he was waiting 'on bended knee' to propose! She had no idea he was even in the state!

We never saw the video though so I am sure her reaction wasn't a pretty one just like mine wasnt. . .!

Nope....I wish I did have it on video or at least a picture....but I do have a recording of FH's voice proposing to me. He made a 'Build-a-Bear' for me for the proposal and had his voice recorded into the bear asking me to marry him. When I pressed the bear's hand it played FH's voice proposing. I still press it every now and then, it makes me smile.

Yes I actually have mine on video FH's sister got it on camera although it was at night during fireworks so the lighting isn't amazing!

I have pics we took right after he asked me on top of the Empire State Building. Funny thing is that not ONE person stopped or even acknowledged what was going on and he was down on his knee for a while because I was in shock and didn't say anything! People were walking past us like nothing was happening.

FH made sure he did it at midnight when noone was around.....i think there was one guy on the street at the time.

FH never technically asked me to marry him, he just showed me my bear and said he has something to give you. i guess i am engaged to my teddy bear,lol
