protocol for inviting the boss

Should I invite my principal to my wedding? This is my first year teaching in that school and I am not sure if I should invite my principal.

I would say only if you have a close relationship with your boss, otherwise I would not.

I agree - if you are close then yes. Otherwise, you really don't have to.

I'm not inviting anyone from work cause we want to keep it small. But you definitely shouldn't invite anyone out of obligation!!
