providing guests shuttle info

providing guests shuttle info

ok so in my invites i mentioned that there will be a shuttle for guests staying at the hotel.

how do i let them know what time the shuttle gets there?

i can put something with the OOT bags but should I put it in the bag or attach it outside?

anyone have somethng they can show me that they used?

Im having a note attached to the OOT bags .. Pretty much a welcome, thank you for coming and shuttle info note attached ..

I'm going to put the info in the OOT bag. My hotel also puts a notice at the front desk upon check in.

ooo really? i think we are using the same hotel....Four Points right? Do you have to supply a notice that they use or do they provide it?

edited: oh wait....i am not using their shuttles, we got our own. they might not do the notice in that case.

A lot of hotels put a sign up for guests letting them know about the shuttle.

attach it to the oot bags noting the time and then have the hotel let them know when they check in...that's what i'm doing

the last wedding i went to had tags attached to the OOT bags that provided shuttle info.

Our hotel had a sign in the lobby, but I also put the info on our OOT boxes

I was wondering the same thing. I thought I should find a way to put it on my accomodations card. Maybe if people know a shuttle is provided they will be more likely to stay at the hotel??
