my husbands Aunt was mad we didn't invite her 5 year old twins to the wedding.
she got into a big argument with my MIL about it. ( they are married to brothers)
I had no kids under 10 at the reception
we DID invite her 2 older daughters ( ages 11 and 16)
She STOOD US UP!!
the uncle shows up alone - we paid for 4 plates!!!!
they only gave a $200 gift ( he makes 150 G a year)

they are officially cut off. I thought she might do this...but i really hoped she wouldn't.

girl i went thru the same issue too :( suckz!!! but thank god it was at the first couple of months of plannin my wedding then she eventually got over it but yea it's always those!!! n thank god there was only 2 little kids that came from his side that wasnt suppose to go but they was already at the ceremony n we felt the right thing to do was to just let them go since they was already there even tho i know she knew there wasnt no kids but hey :( u be so busy that day u somehow just like try to make the best of everything well at least i did :) it turned out good tho they was like the most respectful quiet kids ever lol

Her not showing is stupid. Maybe she actually thought 200 covers the cost of her+husband+2 kids? How old is she? Is she from ny? How long ago did she get married?
