Ok so since I am psycho and anal...I have a question that probably shouldn't be a concern of mine until a few months before the wedding. Anyway, who sets up the ceremony/church, your reception and CH room?? I have heard where girls take a picture of their table set up and send it with all of the stuff they want around the place. What about everything else? Do you write up a list of where you would like everything? Also, what about the church? who does that? the florist?

Your florist will decorate the Church. If you have a unity candle, programs, bubbles, etc. you will probably bring a box of all that stuff with you to your rehearsal, so it's there. My sister got there early for the ceremony anyway, so she placed everything where I wanted it before the ceremony.
As for the Rh, again you'll drop everything off a few days beforehand and go over with you banquet manager how you want its set up, ie how many favors go on each table, where to place any pictures, etc. It will all be set up for you.
