Can anyone recommend a fun restaurant, maybe on the water, for a group of six people on Saturday night in Pt Jeff? My DH wasn't into Elk Street Grille and I haven't been to any other places out there. Thanks!

The food is delicious but I think that the atmosphere may be more 'low key' than what you're looking for...

I love Pasta Pasta. It has a nice minimalist atmosphere (clean lines, low lighting). I've never had a bad meal there and we've been going there over 10 years...Actually taking Mom out there for Mother's Day this weekend A very good option....

Re: Pt Jeff Restaurant Recommendation
There really isn't that much that's 'on the water' besides Danfords...
but, if you're willing to go across the street, there's Docksides and the Steam Room (no atmosphere, but good food). And the Schooner, which is shaped like a boat if I remember correctly, but I haven't been there in years and don't know what it's like these days.
I'm not sure if Kara is talking about the same restaurant, but the Spanish one I've been to is called Costa de Espana. It's really good.
I've only been to Portico once, and I was only upstairs in the bar part, but I thought it was really cheesy.
Pasta, Pasta is great. and if you're willing to eat even further away from the water, there's always the Printer's Devil.
