My FH loves pudding, actually cannot stop talking about it for the past 4 months. I want to surprise him with some sort of pudding for dessert at the reception, instead of a grooms cake, but have no idea where to go to find pudding. His favs are chocolate and rice. Does anyone know of any caterers or restaurants that would be able to provide this?

My FH loves pudding too, so much so he wanted it as a filling in our wedding cake. Ye I said no to that quickly lol im not getting him a grooms cake but the filling I am getting tastes like pudding mixed with mousse he tried it and liked it so thats what I will do. Its called chocolate dobash.

You should try Rices to Riches its a store in NYC that does all diffrent types of Rice Pudding...they do deliver.

we went to a wedding at larkfield last summer and they had a HUGE and amaziing vienese hour with every type of dessert you could imagine. maybe you could have them serve pudding then??

idea what if you have his grooms cake made as an icebox cake. we make these all the time its chocolate pudding layered with gram cracker! Its sooo good!

Thank you so much for all of your ideas! the pudding shooters and the icebox cake both sound delicious! I haven't talked to larkfield, i guess i am worried that it will somehow slip out to fh, and ruin the surprise.

I'm sure if you ask your venue to have pudding during dessert they can get it for you. Most places will do what they can to accomodate you.
