pudge around the middle

i am NOT overweight, but i cannot seem to get rid of that little pudge around the middle no matter what i do!!! I know I can't 'spot train' one area, but i need to know how to melt the little jiggle away. LOL

Any advice?

cardio (burn calories), diet (reduce calories/prevent fat depositing), and strength (0burn more calories during the day) train. You are 100% correct you cannot spot train, and unfortunatley you body is holding on to certain areas. You need to be patient and stick with it.

i assume that the middle area you are reffering to is you abs. if that is the case i have 5 tips for abs.
i found these tips on a website that my trainer reccomended.

1. train your abs on an empty stomach.

2. do cardio before you do abs.

3. stretch and flex your abs in between sets.

4. take on 1 min of rest in between abdominal exercises.

checkout for the fifth tip that has to do with dieting for abs it was just too much to post.

I have heard that the stomach pudge is usually from eating too many carbs...aka 'beer belly'

usually people who cut back carbs lose from their middle...you may want to try it for a week or two

You need to just eat a little less then you do now, eat better than you do now, exercise more, and get more muscle in the process!

That is the formula for losing fat anywhere it is. Where your bodyfat accumulates is predetermined by your ginetics.
