I have heard some things, preperation H, tea bags, cucumbers. What really works the best??
I have noticed that under my eyes have been so puffy lately. I don't know if stress causes it or what, but I need something to de-puff them. :)
Any help would be appreciated as always.

Re: Puffy eyes????
most people think its bc you dont get enough sleep or something but thats a myth. Its either genetics or can be salt retention. Here is what they say about dark circles and eye puffiness, this info is from a site that has beauty secrets and myths.
Will getting enough sleep cure under-eye circles and puffiness?
NO. Dark circles and puffiness are more often the result of broken capillaries, genetics, your ethnicity, or salt retention, so no amount of sleep will make a noticeable physical difference, says Dr. Rodgers. Consult your dermatologist if either issue particularly bothers you, as laser treatments can improve these conditions.

A glass of wine, a sleeping pill and 10 hours of sleep!

Re: Puffy eyes????
I get puffy eyes a lot, especially in the fall. I use ice. I take an ice pack and wrap in a wash cloth and keep it on my eye for a few minutes. Does the trick.

Re: Puffy eyes????
My mother doesn't have puffy eyes like I do right now lol That is why I thought maybe it was from stress. I have been getting my regular amount of sleep.
I have noticed my face being alot fuller lately than normal, so I could be retaining. I am going to try and monitor what I am eating and drink lots of water for the remainder of the week and hope it gets better :( TY!

Re: Puffy eyes????
Increase your water intake and reduce the amount of salt in your food. I hope that helps. I also use a green tea bag that's been in the fridge for a while.
Good luck I hope that helps.

Re: Puffy eyes????
I read once in a magazine to even try a can of soda when its cold so anything that is cold will help bring down the puffiness. In the meantime I would say to watch your salt intake

Garnier anti puff stick works for me. It doesn't work right away. I noticed my eyes were a lot less puffy about three weeks after I started using it.

I have used Clinique 'All About Eyes' for years. I swear by it.
