I am sorry for the hard time you are having right now.
I guess since you are normally filled with the holiday spirit your co-workers dont understand the change.

Re: Pushing Christmas
I kinda feel the same way although I am still trying to be the freak that I always am. We lost a very important family member this past year which is making it so hard on all of us...
Christmas is all around us and hard to avoid but I feel people should be understanding to others who just cannot celebrate this year for whatever reason..
Remember the reason for the season...and hopefully you will find some joy in it!

Re: Pushing Christmas
thats ok you are not in the spirit just advise them that you are not up to it this year, Also if you feel they are in your face about it politely ask them to take a step back. And make sure you do not ruin their spirit either
Sorry about your not so good season.

Re: Pushing Christmas
Chin up sweetie, even w/o all the gift giving and what not there is still good cheer and good in this season. So sorry you are a bit down at this time of year. Happy holidays.

Re: Pushing Christmas
I have totally been trying to keep my chin up and find some quiet peace, and comfort in my close friends and family if anything. I just feel like this guy is being like this on purpose to annoy me at this point. I guess it's just his personality. Thank you for all your kind words - and Nychic - so sorry for your loss.
