Putting negatives onto a CD?

I just got my e-pic negatives and would like to put them on a CDrom to make prints.

Photo shops want $25-30 for the roll of negatives I have (about 36 prints) which seems really high.
Snapfish says that they do not provide this service. Does anyone else have any ideas?

We asked our photographer to put them on a CD for us, he was happy to comply. Find out if they will do it for you.

The 'photographer' was a friend, she doesnt have a studio or equipment. Thanks for your help though!
