putting together invitations

Hey ladies,

I decided to save some money for my pocketfold invitations to put them together myself....with the help od family and friend....

Does anyone have suggestion as to how to tape the invitaion into the pocketfold...has anyone done this before??

Double sided tape??

Try this - my mom does stamping and other crafts, she's doing my pocketfold invitations, and she uses this type of adhesive - it's like double stick tape, super easy to use, and flat. HTH!!

im using double sided tape for the invitation mat. cheap and easy.

my only recommendation is to STOCK UP on all the tape roller, glue dot stuff because I had to go back to the store like 3 times or something. Those rolly things run out pretty easily. and you can go through glue dots quickly as well.

Also, as a side note, it you're using ribbon to tie them up and you have 5x7 pocketfolds, you only get 10 invites out of each roll of 10 yards. The BasicBasic brand from Michaels comes in 10 yard strips so BEWARE! That limitation had me visiting 4 different Michael's before the invites were complete. It would have been easier to make a monogram and seal them with a sticker.
