Putting together invites

I know that this has been asked before...but I'm asking again. I have:

Outter envelope
Invitation
Response set
Hotel card (for OOT's)
direction card (ceremony is at reception hall)

How do I assemple this? I do not have an inner envelope...and no tissue paper. Please help! Thanks.
