So I booked with Richard because I am a Fox Hollow Bride and liked his work and was comfortable with the fact that he knew the hall. So I get an e-mail introducing me to the new PWP floral director!!!!!!!!!!! Hello, I booked with Richard!! He knew exactly what I wanted!
Now I'm stressed. What if I don't like this new guy? What if he says he won't do what I want for the price in my contract?

really? Well I'm pretty sure he is gone. Did you book with them? I got an e-mail. It didn't say he was gone. But when I e-mailed them they called me back and said I should come back in.

We didn't book yet just b/c they were closing shop when we went in, but we were talking about our quote and they told us that it was on Richard's computer and that he was gone for the day. So I was supposed to call to just give the deposit over the phone, but I haven't yet. I guess I'll call tomorrow and see what's up!

The same thing happened to me!!! I read the email at 6:30 in the morning! I emailed them back, they did call and Richard is gone! They told me the floral team is still the same but HELLO he's the mastermind of it all! I'm so upset how they have dealt with this situation. I've already paid half my balance on my contract, I don't know what I am going to do if I don't like this guy...AHHHHH!!

I feel the exact same way! Not to mention that my contract does not list exactly what is going to be in my centerpieces! it is a very vague tall and the price. That leaves a lot of room for interpretation.
Have you seen any of this guys work?
