i originally said no to e-pics, but now i'm seeing all these amazing photos in some of the albums on here...and i really want them!
i don't know how that works though. at what point during the engagement do people usually have that done?
how long does the shoot usually take? and how much do you think it might cost?
i'm so confused about this, any help is appreciated!! TIA!!!

Our e-pics are included in our package. we can take them when ever we want he said. it's usally 1-2 hours for the shoot and most photographers will take you where ever you wanna go

Our e-pics (some are in my album) were included in my package. The photographer said the session is used so that he can better get to know our personalities. He took us to the beach for about an hour during sunset and we got about 100 proofs back on disc. Definately ask your photographer if he does this.

We're getting our E-Pics the end of March in Central Park and we're getting married May 12th. They said it only takes a couple of weeks to get the E-Pics back. I just added it to our package last minute b/c I was thinking the same thing like you... I like the idea of getting professional pics of us and putting them up during CH. See what your photographer says about it,

you can take the pics at any time! you should call your photographer and see if they do them. most will include it or charge a fee. we decided to do it after we signed our contract (we originally weren't going to do it either until I saw all the great pics on here! ) so it was an extra $200.

My e-pics were taken with our photo contract to see how we work with a photographer. It was only a 15 minute shoot in the photographer's studio. We had to pay extra for the disk of photo's though.
This was done through patken.

My wedding is in March 08, so we are waiting until June or so to take advantage of the nice weather. Our e-pics are included in our package.

I took my e-pics last year because I wanted it for the STD's. You can do it anytime before though.
Some people do it before their e-party also to post pic's.
