I heard someone say he no longer does weddings for people who are not in his parish? Is this true? I was thinking of calling him, but only am I not in his parish, I'm not in the same diocese! My local priest said the itnerfaith thing would not be a problem. but I don't know if he has a rabbi he regularly works with or the experience of msgr lisante for counselinf\g itnerfaith couples, etc

Msgr. Lisante is officiating at my interfaith wedding. I wouldn't be concerned about what you hear from others until you contact his office directly. Elaine is his assistant and she is in the rectory office Monday - Thursday.
