FH bought some things off of our registry, but forgot to have them taken off. If I bring back the receipt and ask them to mark those items 'purchased' will they be able to do this for us?
I don't work for them, but can't you go to your registry online and just mark them there?
I don't work at BBB either, but I was able to do what you suggested. I just told customer service that I had my shower and a couple of things were purchased at BBB and didn't come off my registry. No problem I don't think that you can change tthe number purchased online., only number requested (which is another opition if you know you are not going to return these specific purchases)
I don't work for BBB but when I had an item that wasn't marked off the registry I just called customer service and they marked it as purchased for me.
