Q for those of you who did chair rail molding and two colors!
DH and I want to do this in our bedroom. Any tips? Is it as easy as measuring where the colors will change? I am sure that there is more to it! I have never done anything like this before.

You put a chair-rail up about 32'-36' off the floor.

We just did this in our DR....
Here is a really premature pic taken before we put the chair rail up, had the floors done, and replaced the ugly fan light with a chandelier and furniture of course....
DH used a level and penciled in a line where the chair rail should go, then painted and we bought the chair rail at Home Depot and he had to use a miter to cut the ends (which you dont see in the pic)....
try Ehow.com for directions on how to install. I got my directions from an issue of Home Magazine.
