Back to any Christmas in the early 80's so I could see my grandmother , hear her voice, taste her food and hear her play the piano again.

Re: Q of the D
hmmmmmm - toughie.
I would go back to my sister's 6th grade Philadelphia field trip and NOT tell her that her hamster wasn't a rainbow hamster. I think I traumatized her forever.
She had a white hamster when she was 5, and it was killed by our other hamster (by accident they were put together - someone thought the 3 tiered cage was separate so she put the little white hamster on the top floor with the big beefy brown hamster on the bottom floor - lo and behold - next morning no more white hamster).
So we had to quick go out and get my sis another hamster - no white ones - anywhere. So we bought a little brown one and told her it was a rainbow hamster.
I was on her 6th grade field trip with her (I'm 10 yrs older) - and told all her friends the story of the rainbow hamster. She never knew we did that so I completely destroyed her little rainbow hamster memory - in front of all her friends no less. It was like 7 yrs later - I thought she knew.
It's actually really really funny now.

Re: Q of the D
wow, there are so many time periods i love - tudor england; ancient egypt, greece and rome....but right now i think i'd like to go back to the NYC of the late 1800's, and just explore what my city was like back then - be able to compare all the different landmarks, see what buildings still stand, see what Central Park was like back then. take a ride on the LIRR and see what was actually around back then.

The south in the 1950's. I would love to of marched and hold sit-in's for civil rights. I always felt that during the 50's and even the 60's there was something to fight and stand up for! JMO
